10 歲 小 孩 不 會 綁 鞋 帶





【 本 報 訊 】 高 小 學 生 不 懂 刷 牙 、 10 歲 兒 童 不 懂 綁 鞋 帶 並 非 笑 話 , 而 是 適 齡 兒 童 不 懂 自 理 的 活 生 生 例 子 。 有 調 查 顯 示 , 多 達 七 成 家 長 過 度 保 護 子 女 , 事 事 為 子 女 代 勞 或 安 排 傭 人 完 成 , 結 果 令 子 女 無 從 學 習 種 種 生 活 技 能 , 建 議 家 長 學 懂 逐 步 「 放 手 」 , 按 子 女 年 齡 安 排 合 適 職 責 , 引 導 他 們 學 習 自 理 。




缺 乏 自 理 能 力

循 道 衞 理 楊 震 社 會 服 務 處 日 前 訪 問 212 名 家 長 , 其 中 逾 半 是 專 業 或 中 產 人 士 , 大 部 份 有 聘 用 傭 人 。 中 心 主 任 方 明 慧 表 示 , 受 訪 者 需 填 寫 測 試 表 ( 表 一 ) , 若 有 四 項 或 是 上 述 答 案 屬 「 是 」 即 為 過 度 保 護 。 結 果 發 現 68% 受 訪 者 過 度 保 護 子 女 , 最 常 見 的 保 護 方 法 是 當 孩 子 面 對 身 體 上 或 情 緒 上 的 苦 惱 時 , 盡 快 介 入 試 圖 幫 助 他 們 , 達 46% ; 36% 會 為 滿 足 子 女 慾 望 而 放 寬 管 教 準 則 。
調 查 又 發 現 , 25.8% 受 訪 者 屬 強 勢 父 母 , 即 經 常 干 預 及 限 制 子 女 ; 19.7% 屬 「 廿 四 孝 」 父 母 , 會 盡 量 滿 足 子 女 慾 望 ; 12.1% 屬 「 全 能 」 型 , 即 事 事 為 子 女 代 勞 ; 部 份 父 母 同 屬 幾 種 類 型 。
方 明 慧 指 強 勢 父 母 大 多 為 中 產 專 業 人 士 , 希 望 子 女 提 升 競 爭 力 , 為 日 後 的 成 功 打 好 基 礎 , 所 以 預 先 設 計 子 女 要 走 的 路 。 她 就 曾 接 觸 一 名 要 求 子 女 參 加 多 項 課 外 活 動 的 家 長 , 認 為 學 習 游 泳 可 作 生 存 技 巧 ; 學 習 英 語 和 普 通 話 則 能 提 升 交 際 手 腕 ; 而 為 怕 子 女 長 大 後 沒 有 朋 友 , 更 要 求 他 們 學 習 音 樂 好 能 自 娛 , 以 免 孤 獨 。
不 過 , 家 長 的 過 度 保 護 卻 會 影 響 子 女 成 長 , 令 他 們 缺 乏 自 理 能 力 ( 表 二 ) , 出 現 社 交 困 難 , 自 我 形 象 降 低 , 性 格 變 得 軟 弱 , 出 現 情 緒 或 心 理 問 題 。 她 說 : 「 有 小 朋 友 連 基 本 生 活 智 慧 都 冇 , 好 似 佢 唔 知 可 以 嘟 八 達 通 , 其 實 係 因 為 爹 媽 咪 入 錢 ( 儲 值 ) 。 」 更 有 兒 童 因 傭 人 會 代 為 刷 牙 , 以 致 宿 營 時 不 懂 自 行 刷 牙 。

安 排 合 適 職 責


她 建 議 父 母 要 按 子 女 年 齡 安 排 合 適 他 們 的 職 責 , 然 後 有 步 驟 地 放 手 , 即 首 先 陪 伴 幫 助 , 然 後 從 旁 提 醒 及 指 導 , 最 後 由 子 女 自 行 完 成 , 並 提 醒 照 顧 者 的 協 調 非 常 重 要 , 管 教 方 法 不 應 南 轅 北 轍 。
